About Corozón Cicatrizado

 

Writer, designer, educator, and marketing/advertising professional, Will is always looking to live or create his next story. 

 

A life philosophy of “What if” has taken him from a PLO training camp in Ramallah to the island of Zanzibar, a remote mountain top in the NE of China and a small village in the state of Morelos. 

 

A cultural chameleon, he loves hearing people’s stories and trying to step into their shoes, boots, sandals or bare footprints. 

 

His current three-act play, Corazón Cicatrizado (Scarred Heart), is currently being workshopped in Mexico City with is first public reading at Chicago Dramatist in June 2021. 

 

William is also a songwriter and an award-winning producer of short music films currently on the international festival circuit. He co-wrote and produced the short film, Huracán (Hurricane) currently in post-production.
